Formerly known as National Instruments, NI has been demonstrating the comprehensive engineering support it can offer to automotive manufacturers to help them progress toward higher levels of vehicle automation, on Day 1 of ADAS & Autonomous Vehicle Technology Expo.
The company is presenting its new NI-Aliaro HIL system that was built to accelerate the validation of multidomain and zonal controller architectures for software-designed vehicles. Additional demos include in-vehicle data record, data ingest and a unified solution for ADAS replay and HIL.
“Autonomous driving is a complex endeavor that requires insight into the challenges faced by our customers,” said Daniel Riedelbauch, automotive chief solutions marketing manager, NI. “Because of the quality and diversity of OEMs and auto makers at the show in Stuttgart, it is the best place to showcase NI’s openness and seamless integration with existing and future third-party components and software. NI’s innovations ensure interoperability by alleviating the challenges of finding a HIL provider that can work across multiple vendors.”
