Oxa has announced the acquisition of StreetDrone, a UK-based brand focusing on the development and deployment of autonomous technology for industrial logistics.
The acquisition will help Oxa with the movement and management of goods on private land, including ports, logistics hubs, retail fulfillment centers and airports.
StreetDrone provides autonomous industrial solutions for operators, retailers and OEMs. It has expertise in industrial logistics, drive-by-wire, vehicle integration and teleoperation technologies. All of this will also complement Oxa’s self-driving software platform.
